Nathaniel Fuentes Declaration:

This is a declaration stating that I will be leaving, the United States of America, to do research on the continent of South America. This research is an independent study through the Integrative Health Studies BS program, at Northern New Mexico College in Espanola, NM. This research will be on medicinal plants of South America, and will be conducted in the countries of Peru, Chile, and Argentina. The research will also touch on the elements of the human experience (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) from the researcher’s point of view and experience. This will focus on the individual development of the elements of human experience. The research trip will take place over a two-month period, starting June 7th 2010 and ending August 10th 2010. While in these countries, I will be collecting five interviews of challenge and solution, as well as, ten video journal entries of my challenge and solution on the trip.
